Introduction
This electronic reference database contains over 3000 references from the forestry, forest ecology, animal ecology, and landscape ecology literature. It was created using Endnote, and is distributed in Endnote file format. The creation of this database has been an ongoing project for a number of years, and catalogues most of the literature citations we commonly make use of. Recently, we undertook a project to standardize the format of references in this database. While not every reference is complete or perfectly formatted, the majority can be used 'as is'.
